  2. Handmade Products Disclaimer: All GeorgieJacqs handmade items are individually crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, fabric pattern placement may vary from production photographs; minor variations in stitching, measurements and finishing may occur; colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting; pattern placement cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before production. These natural variations are characteristic of handmade products and do not automatically constitute defects. 
  3. Custom Orders and Final Sales: GeorgieJacqs specializes in clothing made to each customers selected specifications. All custom made and personalized orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges are accepted for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided specifications, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or applicable legal right. Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected sizes, fabrics, styles, and customization details before completing their purchase.   4. Fabric Availability and Substitutions: Fabric availability is subject to change without notice. Certain fabrics, prints and materials may be limited in quantity or discontinued. GeorgieJacqs reserves the right to contact customers regarding unavailable materials and offering alternative selections. Materiel substitutions affecting an order will not be made without customer approval. If an agreed-upon alternative cannot be arranged, the order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our store policy. 
  5. Processing Times: GeorgieJacqs products are handmade, and production times may vary  based on order complexity, fabric availability and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times are provided for customer convenience and are not guaranteed completion dates unless expressly agreed upon. Customers ewill be notified of material delays when reasonably possible. Applicable shipping and delivery laws remain in effect. 
  6. Intellectual Property and Copyright: Unless otherwise indicated, original photographs, written descriptions, website graphics, branding, logos, and original designs created by GeorgieJacqs are the intellectual property of GeorgieJacqs or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercial use or representation of GeorgieJacqs original protected content as another business's work is prohibited without appropriate permission. GeorgieJacqs may offer products incorporating licensed or third-party fabrics. Trademarks, characters, artwork and other intellectual property featured on such materials remains the property of their respective rights holder.
